Castle Rock Insurance LLC is a Colorado-licensed insurance agency operating under Colorado Agency License #935334. Castle Rock Insurance is an insurance agency and is not an insurance company. Insurance companies underwrite and issue policies, determine eligibility and premiums, establish policy terms and pay covered claims according to the applicable insurance contract.
The owner of Castle Rock Insurance LLC is a licensed Colorado Resident Insurance Producer under Producer License #928992 and National Producer Number (NPN) #22090882. Castle Rock Insurance serves individuals, families, property owners and businesses throughout Colorado. We assist with personal, commercial and specialty insurance needs and help consumers identify insurance options and appropriate licensed insurance resources.
Depending on the insurance requested, carrier availability, appointments, underwriting requirements, market access and the complexity of the risk, Castle Rock Insurance may assist directly or coordinate the request with another licensed insurance producer, insurance agency, broker or specialty insurance organization that is appropriate for the requested coverage (an “Insurance Partner”).
Insurance Partners are separately licensed insurance professionals or businesses. When an Insurance Partner provides insurance advice, obtains quotations, submits applications, recommends coverage, places insurance or services a policy, that Insurance Partner is responsible for the professional insurance services it provides.
Castle Rock Insurance generally seeks to connect an insurance request with an appropriate licensed insurance professional or agency rather than indiscriminately distributing the request to multiple unrelated retail insurance agencies. An insurance request may still need to be submitted to multiple insurance companies, wholesalers, managing general agencies, program administrators or other insurance markets as part of the quoting and underwriting process. Submitting a risk to multiple insurance markets is different from distributing a consumer’s information to multiple unrelated retail insurance agencies.
The licensed insurance agency that places an insurance policy will generally become the agency of record for that policy unless another arrangement is disclosed or subsequently established according to applicable law and carrier procedures. Depending on the transaction, the placing agency may be Castle Rock Insurance or an Insurance Partner.
The agency that places the coverage will generally handle ongoing policy servicing, including endorsements, policy changes, renewal assistance, billing questions, certificates of insurance and claims assistance. The identity of the agency placing the coverage will be disclosed before or in connection with the purchase of insurance.
Castle Rock Insurance and its Insurance Partners do not represent that they are appointed with, authorized by or able to obtain quotations from every insurance company operating in Colorado. Carrier appointments, underwriting appetite and market access vary by agency, producer, product and individual risk.
References on this Website to particular insurance companies, underwriting programs or insurance markets are informational and do not guarantee that a carrier is currently available, will provide a quotation or will accept a particular applicant or risk. Carrier appointments, products and underwriting guidelines can change without notice.
